Terms and Conditions:

Check in time is 1 p.m. or later, unless prior arrangements are made. Smoking is permitted outside only in designated areas. Room rates are based on double occupancy, add $25 per night per extra person. 5% B&B tax not included in rates.

Deposit and Refund Policy:

Reservations are guaranteed with 25% deposit or minimum of one night's rate. Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. A processing fee of $25 will be charged for all cancellations.
